What you'll do:

The Deposit Operations Representative ACH executes a daily pipeline of assigned work while ensuring accuracy and quality of activities as per predetermined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), policy, procedures and Key Performance and Risk Indicators (KPIs, KRIs). The incumbent will lead by example, be open to learn various CDO functions, and not be afraid to challenge the status quo. The incumbent would also be expected to assist with leading ACH Suspended Files, ACH Nonpost Transactions, and several other ACH related tasks.

  • Perform daily work as part of a core team with focus on quality, SLA, KRIs/KPIs, policy and procedures.

  • Acts as a point of escalation within the team and answers questions and escalations efficiently; identify repeat problems and help coach the team as needed.

  • Participate in special projects as assigned. Be a change agent and role model for the team; lead new ideas for process efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years deposit operations ACH experience

  • High School Diploma

  • Advanced Computer Skills

  • Excellent customer service, communication skills, and attention to detail

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional nights as necessary

  • Advanced knowledge of Word and Excel, and advanced computer skills is a plus

  • FIS Insight, Exceptions Processing, Writing Procedures, and experience with NACHA, Reg E regulations preferred

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary range for this role is $42, 000 to $55, 000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
