What you'll do:
Responsible for processing financial reporting and covenant tracking requests from the line of business into the Bank’s monitoring system. Upload commercial credit file documents to FCM/ImageCentre for Wintrust charter loan portfolios.
Update Creditlens (Moody’s) reporting and financial covenant tracking system per line of business (LOB) requests.
Perform both covenant and entity management tasks.
Verify appropriate documentation for covenant updates/maintenance and ensure receipt of appropriate approvals for covenant waivers and modifications. Interact with LOB to obtain missing or incomplete information.
Upload documents to ImageCentre/FCM as requested by the LOB.
Create/Review and Approve credit document placeholders to nCino/Document Manager.
Review documents and identify correct classification.
Adhere to strict naming conventions and categorization guidelines.
Provide client support for assigned charters.
Respond to and troubleshoot internal inquiries and issues.
Assist in special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
1-3 years’ experience general banking experience preferred, commercial lending and loan documentation experience a plus.
Commercial lending/loan documentation experience preferred
High school degree or equivalent work experience. Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Experience with covenant tracking and document imaging applications
Ability to perform duties with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience with ImageCentre/FCM, nCino/Document Manager, and Creditlens (Moody’s) reporting

Compensation:
The estimated annual salary range for this role is $42, 000-$55, 000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
