What you’ll do:
Responsible for researching trends and opportunities to develop more complex programs and processes by applying Lean-Six Sigma, process transformation, continuous improvement and other analytical data-based evaluation tools to close process gaps and support continued growth. Partner with Business Leaders to deliver tangible business results by providing and implementing recommendations for process improvements, reducing costs, and establishing appropriate process metrics and controls.
Leads small to medium complexity projects, assigned projects from project initiation to implementation to achieve desired business results.
Ensures that a successful business outcome is the prime measure of project success including delivering projects on time, within budget, within quality standards and to the satisfaction of the project sponsor.
Drives to mitigate execution risk to achieve the desired business outcomes.
Understands the business/group and facilitates communication with other program/project managers and stakeholders efficiently and effectively.
Researches, analyzes, and consults on complex performance data for business and analytical value. Champions and enhances organizational initiatives with stakeholders.
Utilizes and maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for assigned areas of responsibility, assesses the impact, and collaborates with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.
Provide coaching for leadership and other designated personnel in the use of Lean Six Sigma tools, methodology and sustainability.
Train project sponsors and project managers to drive project execution.
Qualifications:
5-7 years directly related experience.
Lean Six Sigma or equivalent experience/certification required.
Advanced computer skills-Robotic Process Automation Tools, UiPath Task Capture, UiPath Task Mining and UiPath Automation Hub, Microsoft Suite of tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Compensation:
The estimated annual salary range for this role is $85, 000-$110, 000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
