As a Campus Recruiting Coordinator Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. Your attention to detail will be beneficial as you manage candidate data, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain accurate records. What You’ll Do:

  • Work closely with the Campus Recruiting Team, HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, Compensation Team, and other Human Resources teams.
  • Utilize Workday to manage application flow, candidate statuses, and reports.
  • Support the Campus Recruiting Team in managing high volume candidate pools by screening candidates to send to Hiring Managers.
  • Assist in preparation of offer letters and other relevant documentation.
  • Maintain confidential candidate and employee records in compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Create and update marketing materials through Canva to promote our programs.
  • Event planning and management.

Compensation:

  • The hourly rate for this role is $18.00/hour.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in a coordinator or support role, such as student admissions, campus recruitment, career services, or internships involving event planning, scheduling, or communications.
  • Reliable source of transportation, as travel may be required for events.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Preference will be given to candidates who are available to work full-time, or to December 2025 graduates with open availability or the ability to commit at least 20 hours/week.
