The Bank Verification Representative at First Insurance Funding is responsible for working task items associated with bank account verifications, return mail, policy verifications with markets, and moderate/document monthly Executive meetings. This role will also support trend analysis in conjunction with the Risk Management Associate and Risk Analyst teams. The task responsibilities will require customer contact, follow-up items, file documentation, strong customer service skills and computer proficiency.

What You'll Do

  • Validate policy information with insurance markets to upgrade Risk Ratings in system.
  • Investigate trends/patterns within agent portfolios using Trending Agent Review report.
  • Complete agent bank account verifications by making outgoing calls w/proper file documentation.
  • Provide ongoing support to the Risk Department based on department needs.
  • Process market return mail by researching and updating addresses in the system.
  • Moderate and Document monthly executive meetings.

Qualifications:

  • 0-3 years of experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional phone based customer service skills required
  • Prior experience with verification or insurance a plus
  • Ability to capture key information and write clear and concise summaries

Compensation

The estimated hourly rate for this role is $17.30 - $22.60 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
