Job Description Summary
The AVP – FP& A supports financial planning and analysis activities including forecasting, budgeting, reporting and business performance insights. This role partners closely with business leaders to provide analytics, reporting, and decision support to help achieve financial and strategic goals.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate and manage forecast and budget processes for assigned subsidiaries and business lines.
Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis to business leaders; identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Support the holding company line of business with financial analysis and serve as a liaison with other functional teams.
Assist in developing and evaluating strategic initiatives, including financial modeling and due diligence for new investments or business opportunities.
Provide analytical support on cross-functional projects and ad hoc initiatives.
Utilize tools such as Workiva, Power BI, Workday and Adaptive Planning to support reporting and analysis.
Partner with management to drive process improvements and enhance financial reporting capabilities.
Knowledge/Skills/Background/Experience
6–8 years of relevant financial experience, ideally in FP& A, corporate finance, or banking.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide actionable insights.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders and cross-functional partners.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills.
Excellent judgment and professionalism with internal and external stakeholders.
High attention to detail with consistent, high-quality deliverables.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with reporting/forecasting tools a plus.

Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $85, 000-$110, 000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
