What to Expect Schedule: Evenings 3: 00 PM - 11: 30 PM (rotates W/E on call 1x every 4-6 weeks)

As a Med Lab Scientist, you'll get to: - Perform high complexity testing in immunohematology, including antibody identification, antigen typing, absorptions, elution, and crossmatch.
- Provide technical support to hospital transfusion services.
- Review and report test results, participate in investigative studies, participate in quality control, preventative maintenance, and validations.
- Conduct training, observations, competency assessments and documentation.
- Participate in technical investigative studies.
Requirements - Must satisfy CLIA equivalent for high complexity testing required.
- Specialist in Blood Banking (SBB) certification required.
- Five years of laboratory testing experience required.
- One year of IRL experience preferred.
