PlasmaSource is seeking Blood Collection Specialists dedicated to making a positive difference. As an experienced Blood Collection Specialist, you play a critical role in the donor experience and the safe collection of plasma. You will perform venipuncture, monitor donors through the donation process, ensure quality standards, and uphold compliance with regulatory and safety guidelines. This position is vital to maintaining a positive donor environment and ensuring plasma is collected efficiently and ethically. Must have a minimum of 6 months plasma collection experience for this role.

What to Expect: Seeking experienced Plasma collection specialist. Bi-lingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Schedule: Works Four 10-hour days -will work some Saturdays. Closed Sundays.

Training: May include working Five 8-hour days.

As a Blood Collection Specialist, you will get to:

Requirements

  • 6 months experience collections with apheresis machine (i.e. Alyx/Haemonetics) required.
  • CPR certification required.
  • Previous source plasma experience preferred.
