Job Posting: Direct Support Professional Location: Lebanon, IL| Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt Pay: Starting wage is 19.35/ hour + Daily Pay option Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO Key Responsibilities Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and meal prep. Implement Individual Service Plans (ISP) and Behavioral Support Plans (BSP). Administer medications and accurately log daily progress in electronic health records. Encourage personal choice, community involvement, and recreational activities. Maintain a clean, safe, and positive living environment.
