About the role:


The FP& A Manager will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing financial planning and analysis. This position will focus on ensuring accurate and effective management reporting to enhance financial performance and support strategic decision-making and working collaboratively with various team to enhance expense management and monitoring within the organization.


The base salary expectation for this role is between $115, 000 and $135, 000. Actual base salary for he selected candidate may be higher commensurate with candidate experience and expectations. Responsibilities & Accountabilities:


  • Participate in all aspects of financial planning process (budgeting, forecasting, and other strategic analysis).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and implement strategies to optimize expense management and drive cost efficiencies.
  • Prepare monthly G& A expense reports which include detailed analytics and dashboards providing ongoing results analysis vs. prior years, budget as well as future outlooks.
  • Prepare and present regular and ad-hoc management reports and key performance metrics to senior management and key stakeholders to drive decision-making.
  • Implement best practices in procurement and expense management and monitor industry trends to enhance financial discipline in expense management.
  • Ensure financial integrity of results through the understanding of financial processes and controls, recommending areas for improvement and implementing process standardization.


Ideal Candidate Profile:


  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
  • 4+ years of relevant FP& A experience within the (Re)insurance industry.
  • Experience with Oracle EPM solution and EPBCS (Oracle Planning Cloud Servies) or equivalent.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial software).
  • Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work across department functions and locations.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and proactive mindset in taking ownership of tasks.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills.
