Description:

The Employee Experience Specialist will play an essential role in developing, coordinating, and implementing employee engagement strategies and initiatives that align with our company's values, culture, and aspirations. The specialist will be innately driven to promote a positive work culture and optimize the employee experience for all Trilogy staff.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Communicate and coordinate all employee experience programming, including employee recognition programs, and performance management/employee relations practices.
  • Establish and maintain positive and collaborative relationships with department leaders, human resources partners, and employees while partnering and providing guidance on policy interpretation, policy violations, disciplinary actions, performance management, and employee misconduct issues.
  • Through investigations, identify and analyze issues and provide recommendations for resolutions to complex employee relations issues and processes. Utilize technical tools and systems to provide data analysis, streamline processes, and improve employee relations initiatives.
  • Provide leadership support concerning involuntary separation requests from managers to ensure compliance with company, culture, and practices. Determine legal exposure by verifying applicable legislation and make recommendations to leadership regarding how to proceed when necessary.
  • Administer the agency’s recognition programs and coordinate celebratory events that improve employee interaction and job satisfaction, including the Spot Bonus Program, Service Award programs, and Team Appreciation/Recognition processes.
  • Collaborate with HR Services in the presentation of New Staff Orientation, as necessary.
  • Track and Analyze New Hire Surveys, Exit Surveys, and staff engagement surveys to improve employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Participate in other initiatives assigned by the Employee Experience Program Manager

Experience/Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Human Resources administration, with emphasis in Employee Relations. Bachelor’s degree in Humanities, Psychology or Social Sciences preferred but not required.
  • Pursuit or completion of PHR, SPHR, or other HR Compliance related designation
  • Demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrates influencing ability in holding leaders and staff accountable to actions and commitments.
  • Expertise with presentation design and training staff and leaders in sensitive HR-related disciplines; intermediate to Advanced skills with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, are preferred.
