The North America team is seeking an experienced Reporting Data Manager with strong technical expertise in Power BI and SQL to design, develop, and maintain business performance reports and dashboards. This role bridges Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT—translating financial data into actionable insights, optimizing reporting processes, and enabling informed decision-making across the organization.

Your Impact
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
    • Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports for financial and operational performance tracking.
    • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large data sets from multiple sources.
    • Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload.
  • Business Partnering
    • Collaborate with Finance, business leaders, sales, and operational managers to understand reporting requirements.
    • Present analytical findings to management in a clear, business-oriented manner.
    • Work closely with IT teams to ensure data integrity, integration, and performance optimization.


Your Experience and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting or related field
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, or business intelligence
    • Proven track record in Power BI dashboard design and SQL query development
    • Experience working with large datasets and integrating data from multiple ERP/BI systems
  • Technical Skills:
    • Advanced Power BI
    • Proficient in SQL (writing, optimizing queries)
    • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts
    • Strong Excel skills; familiarity with VBA or other automation tools is a plus
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication and presentation abilities
    • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
    • Comfortable collaborating with both business leaders and IT professionals
    • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset

Your Compensation and Benefits

Expected annual salary for this role will be $95, 000 - 110, 000, plus a 10% bonus target. This is dependent upon job related knowledge, experience, and skills.
