Job Summary:

Grain & Protein Technologies (GPT) is a complex, global portfolio of agribusinesses operating across five distinct business segments, with manufacturing in 20 locations across 11 countries and revenues exceeding $1.2B. The Program Lead M& A will oversee and coordinate M& A activities. This role is responsible for managing TSA exit roadmaps (time and budget), tracking project milestones, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring leadership visibility and alignment. You will partner with the business leaders ensuring success in our current and future acquisitions.

The position requires strong project management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and dependencies. You will need to be able to get hands on where required and dive deep into the most critical items at times whilst keeping the overall deliverables at point. You have an IT background and can support the execution hands on where required. You can also understand business processes in Finance and HR, so you are able to manage the overall program to success.
Job Responsibilities:

Governance & Strategy
  • Build a comprehensive M& A playbook in collaboration with the business leaders for Finance, HR and IT.
  • Support the business


Pre day 1 support
  • Provide feedback and support creation of good documents such as TSA; day one checklist etc.
  • Develop Strategy for integration
  • Create assumptions on one-time and run-rate costs to inform the underwriting


TSA Exit Roadmap Creation & Tracking:
  • Create the TSA exit roadmap
  • Track milestones using Smartsheet.
  • Align all projects and create RAIDD logs (Risks, Issues, Actions, Decisions, Dependencies).
  • Track one-time as well as run-rate costs


Hands on Program management
  • Actively manage inter-dependencies
  • Prepare & Lead status meetings with senior stakeholders
  • Manage relationships with seller / buyer
  • Ensure project execution with project managers
  • Coach project managers

Your Compensation and Benefits

Expected annual salary for this role will be $125, 000 - $175, 000, plus a 20% bonus target. This is dependent upon job related knowledge, experience, and skills.
