The North America team is seeking a Customer Service Representative for ourAssumption, IL facility. As the Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of our Dealers within our Grain organization. Your work will be focused on providing exceptional customer service while processing purchase orders within a defined territory.

Your Impact

• Be a member of a team supporting our Dealer's needs in a defined geographical territory.
• Process purchase orders and coordinate lead times across several product lines.
• Serve as conduit between dealers and GPT to solve dealer concerns and issues.
• Coordinate post sales activities by gathering information and engaging the appropriate internal teams.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or Sales is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills. Can approach people proactively to solve problems.
• Able to quickly adapt to a fast changing environment.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Customer focused.
• Self-driven and accountable.

Your Compensation and Benefits

Expected annual salary for this role will be $45, 000 - $55, 000, plus a 5% bonus target. This is dependent upon job related knowledge, experience, and skills.
