Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled CPQ Application Specialist to join our CPQ and Sales Support team at our Assumption, IL facility. The ideal candidate will design, enhance, and maintain our configure-price-quote (CPQ) systems across our product lines. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product management, pricing, and sales teams to build intelligent configuration logic, interactive product models, and accurate quoting tools.

The ideal candidate is either an engineer with a strong aptitude for programming, or a skilled software developer eager to work within the logic of a Low-code UI-based CPQ application.

Your Impact
  • Develop and maintain CPQ configuration rules, workflows, and logic supporting grain storage, protein production, and material handling product lines.
  • Create and refine 2D/3D product models using CREO & AutoCAD for CPQ integration.
  • Translate engineering, pricing, and product requirements into scalable configuration structures.
  • Work closely with the pricing team to ensure pricing accuracy and alignment across product lines.
  • Write, test, and maintain supporting code using SQL, JavaScript, and HTML.
  • (Optional but a strong plus): Use Java to enhance or extend custom CPQ functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with configuration logic, product models, and system performance.
  • Document configuration rules, processes, and system updates.


Your Experience and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and HTML
  • Experience with 2D/3D modeling (CREO / AutoCad)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, pricing, and sales teams
  • Effective communication and documentation abilities
  • Java programming experience (optional, but a plus)
  • Experience with Configure One or another CPQ platform (training available)
  • Mechanical or Civil engineering background or experience with complex, rules-based product configuration
  • Agricultural background is a plus


Your Compensation and Benefits

Expected annual salary for this role will be $65, 000 - $75, 000, plus eligible for an annual bonus. This is dependent upon job related knowledge, experience, and skills.
