Job Description
SwedishAmerican Hospital is hiring a Phlebotomist (Better Life Wellness) in Rockford, IL. This is a full-time position.
Work Schedule:
Per Diem, Varying schedule, this is a hybrid position, in person location will be UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St.
Additional components of compensation may include:
Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
Overtime
On-call pay

Qualifications
- Successful completion of a phlebotomy course and/or one year of phlebotomy experience. Required
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required

- PBT(ASCP) Certification. Preferred
