Description:

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, 40 hours per week max. Scheduled shift may vary depending on the department. Monday through Friday 7: 30-5: 30pm, Saturday 9-3pm. You will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St.

Additional components of compensation may include:

Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Overtime

Qualifications

  • Pharm.D. degree from an ACPE accredited College of Pharmacy. Required


Work Experience

Licenses & Certifications

  • Current licensure from State of Illinois or license eligible. (Passing NAPLEX/IL MPJE scores & Illinois pharmacist license to Human Resources within 120 days of hire. Any exceptions to the 120 day requirement will be reviewed on a case by case basis ). Required
  • ACLS certified within 30 days of hire. Required
