Job Description
SwedishAmerican Hospital is hiring a Pharmacist (Retail) in Rockford, IL. This is a full-time position.
Work Schedule:
PRN, Registry/PRN M-F 8am-5: 30pm, Saturday 8am-3pm. Variable shifts/schedule. You will work at UW Health Swedish American 1401 E State St. Rockford
Additional components of compensation may include:
Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
Overtime
On-call pay

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy Required
- Completion of ASHP-accredited residency. Preferred
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required
Work Experience
- 2 years of experience. Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Current licensure from State of Illinois or license eligible. Required
- Immunization Certification from an accredited program (E.g. APHa) Required
- Current CPR/BLS Required upon hire
