Description:

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, Day shift, Monday through Friday, Variable hours, generally 0800 - 1630, No weekends or holidays. You'll work at 2550 Charles St. You may be eligible for a $15, 000 sign on bonus.

Additional components of compensation may include:
  • Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
  • Overtime
  • On-call pay

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Required


Licenses & Certifications

  • Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure. Required
  • Valid State driver's license and proof of liability insurance. Required
  • CPR certification/bi-annual. Required
  • An applicant for employment as a physical, occupational, or speech therapists must present acceptable evidence of licensure or authorization to test at the time of employment. An applicant who fails to provide this documentation will not be hired. A new employee will not be allowed to work as a therapist or assistant until evidence of licensure eligibility is provided. Required
