NI-Advanced Practice Provider, Surgery: Breast (PA)

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program. Required

Work Experience

• Surgical experience preferred; interest or prior exposure to breast surgery, oncology, or women's health is highly valued. Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in the State of Illinois. Required


• Active PA board certification (NCCPA-C). Required


• Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire. Required


• Hospital Only: Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required
