- Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program. Required
Work Experience
- Surgical experience preferred; interest or prior exposure to breast surgery, oncology, or women's health is highly valued. Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in the State of Illinois. Required
- Active PA board certification (NCCPA-C). Required
- Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire. Required
- Hospital Only: Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Required
