Description:
Work Schedule: 100% FTE, Evening Shift Role. Mon-Fri 3p - 1130p, weekends and holidays as needed. You will work at the UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital in Rockford.

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited college/university. Required
Work Experience Successful completion of annual clinical, age and job specific competencies and skill verification tools Required
Licenses & Certifications - MT (ASCP) or MLS (ASCP) or equivalent certification. Required
- ASCP categorical certification for the department of responsibility or current MLT certification with MLS certification within 6 months is acceptable. Four years of experience after certification required.
- Certification must be maintained by submitting appropriate continuing education documentation to certifying agency. Required
