Job Description
UW Northern Illinois benefis
- 100% FTE, full-time / Monday-Friday
- Alternating on-call weekends
- You will work at the 2550 Charles St Clinic
- This position is eligible for a $10, 000 sign on bonus.
Additional components of compensation may include:
- Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
- Overtime
- On-call pay

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. Required
- OR Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy. Required
Licenses & Certifications
- Current RN licensure in the State of Illinois. Required
- OR Physical or Occupational Therapy licensure in the State of Illinois. Required
