Job Description:

Supplemental Health Care is hiring Physical Therapists to work at a partnering school district in Wheeling, Illinois. We bring more than 40 years of experience and a reputation for excellence to every healthcare professional we support.

School-Based Physical Therapist Contract Details:

• $52.65 - $56.70 per hour
• 9-week contracts
• $3, 000 assignment bonus available *conditions apply; ask recruiter for details
• Develop and implement educational and therapy programs based on evaluation results
• Evaluates students to identify needs and determine eligibility for therapy services
• Collect therapy data, maintain accurate student records, and monitor progress toward student goals
• Work collaboratively and communicate with school interdisciplinary team and student guardians
• May be asked to travel between school locations
• May be asked to supervise assistants

• Illinois Physical Therapist License
• American Heart Associaton BLS
• Prior experience with pediatrics or in a school setting is preferred but not required
