Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Sales Support Professional to provide order logistics and administrative support for our Molecular Imaging division in Hoffman Estates, Illinois.

In this role, you will manage system and accessory orders from initial processing through production release, shipment, and invoicing. You will collaborate with domestic and international sales organizations, Production Planning, and Factory Installation teams to help ensure orders are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional who enjoys coordinating complex orders, solving problems, and working across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

You are responsible for:

• Reviewing, revising, and processing system and accessory orders in SAP accurately and within established timelines.
  
• Maintaining consistent communication with domestic and international sales organizations to manage orders across your assigned geographic territory.
  
• Partnering with Production Planning to ensure orders are released accurately and on time to support complete and timely shipments.
  
• Troubleshooting installation-related inquiries and supporting the parts-replacement process for the Factory Installation Team.
  
• Ensuring all shipped-order activity is invoiced accurately and promptly.
  
• Monitoring and maintaining the order backlog and proactively addressing potential issues or delays.
  
• Preparing reports on order activity to support departmental and management reporting needs.
  
• Collaborating with team members and cross-functional partners to maintain a high level of efficiency, teamwork, and customer service.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  
• Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and organizational skills.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• A proactive, customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
  
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

The base pay range for this position is:

$73, 030 - $100, 419

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
