For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $117, 600 - $176, 400 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric is searching for a highly motivated and collaborative leader to join our team as Services Execution Program Manager within the Cloud and Service Provider segment for US Services. This role requires a professional with experience in service execution, project coordination, and cross-business unit (BU) alignment. The ideal candidate will ensure best-in-class execution by optimizing service delivery, resource planning, and risk mitigation strategies across the strategic programs.

The Services Execution Program Manager will work closely with execution teams, field services, and the C& SP Execution Program Leader to develop structured processes, improve execution efficiency, and drive customer satisfaction.

What will you do:

Project Execution & Coordination:
  • Manage individual project scope, schedule, cost, and quality to ensure execution aligns with contractual commitments.
  • Act as a coordination point between field resources, subcontractors, and business units to streamline execution efforts.
  • Ensure work orders are accurately created, assigned, and tracked to completion in a timely manner.
  • Drive resolution of on-site challenges by working closely with Field Service Leaders, and Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
Customer Engagement & Service Readiness:
  • Ensure customer commitments are met by aligning project execution with contractual agreements.
  • Provide real-time execution updates to internal stakeholders and escalate risks proactively.
  • Collaborate with the Project Controller to ensure financial alignment of service execution.
Process Standardization & Continuous Improvement:
  • Develop and implement service execution best practices, ensuring consistency across projects.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and collaborate NAM and Global Program teams to optimize service models.
  • Ensure alignment with NAM and Global execution strategies and industry standards.
Escalation & Risk Management:
  • Work with the C& SP Execution Program Leader to address risks before they impact execution.
  • Establish a structured escalation framework for internal and customer-facing issues.
Reporting & Performance Metrics:
  • Track execution performance using key metrics such as on-time service completion, resource utilization, and execution efficiency.
  • Provide biweekly execution updates for internal and customer-facing dashboards.
  • Optimize service execution cost structures while maintaining operational efficiency.
  • The Program Manager will have oversight into resource planning duties across all sites within the program the PMs are covering for the strategic account.

What will make you successful:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in service execution, program management, or field operations.
  • Experience expertise in data center infrastructure and service execution processes.
  • Experience leading large-scale, multi-site service projects with cross-BU integration.
  • Strong risk management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project).
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
