Workforce & Organization Transformation Senior Consultant in one of our NAM hub office locations (hybrid, in office 2 day a week).
We're seeking a proactive, partnership‑minded senior consultant with a strong focus on Organization Design to join our Workforce & Organization Strategy (W& OS) team. You'll shape organizational structures, design better ways of working, and enable transformation across the business.
As a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, you'll translate strategy into practical solutions, drive clarity and alignment. You are curious and adaptive, thriving in dynamic environments and comfortable flexing between strategic thinking and hands‑on delivery-while building the long‑term capabilities that help teams and the organization thrive.
What will you do: - Lead and contribute to organization design and transformation projects of all sizes-from operating model shifts to role clarification and capability alignment-ensuring high‑quality design as well as effective delivery and execution.
- Serve as a strategic, trusted partner to HRBPs and business leaders, co‑creating operating model changes, organization design solutions, and strategic workforce plans that address real business challenges.
- Design and facilitate workshops that help leaders diagnose issues, make informed decisions, and align on new ways of working, roles, and structures.
- Coach HR partners, leaders, and junior team members on OD and transformation tools, methods, and frameworks to build ongoing capability across the organization.
- Drive long‑term organizational maturity, including development of tools, dashboards, metrics, and routines that reinforce sustained adoption and continuous improvement.
- Analyze workforce and organizational data to identify insights, design new roles and ways of working, and integrate recommendations into business and workforce planning.
- Support successful implementation of OD and transformation efforts by partnering on change adoption and leadership engagement approaches.
For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $117, 600 - $176, 400 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. What will make you successful: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, HR, I/O Psychology, or a related field with exposure to organization design or transformation.
- 5-7 years of experience in organization design, strategic workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, HR strategy, or workforce transformation (consulting or internal COE).
- Strong OD expertise, including operating model design, structural analysis, role/capability mapping, spans & layers, and organizational diagnostics.
- Robust consulting skills-able to frame problems, synthesize insights, develop solutions, and communicate effectively with senior leaders.
- Partnership‑driven mindset with the ability to build trust, influence without authority, and act as a credible advisor to HR and business leaders.
- Adaptive and learning‑oriented, comfortable with ambiguity and switching between strategic and hands‑on work as business needs evolve.
- Experience enabling transformation, including change management, workforce transition, culture shifts, and new ways of working.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret organization and workforce data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- High emotional intelligence, skilled at reading group dynamics, navigating sensitive issues, and creating psychological safety.
- Systems thinker, able to connect structure, process, people, and culture in an integrated solution.
- Exceptional workshop design and facilitation skills to help teams move from problem identification to aligned decisions and clear outcomes.
