  • Support onboarding and maintenance of new accounts, strategies, and instruments across investment platforms, coordinating with New Account Setup and Technology teams.

  • Support counterparty, venue, and broker relationships, including setup, entitlements, and ongoing operational readiness.
  • Assist with performance and attribution reviews, ad‑hoc analysis, and client or internal data requests.
  • Generate and deliver Transaction Cost Chargeback (TCC) and ETF P& L breakdowns, partnering with Portfolio Management and Trading to explain drivers, reconcile variances, and support investment and execution reviews.
  • Contribute process improvements, automation initiatives, and control enhancements to reduce operational risk and improve scalability.
  • Partner with global teammates across North America, EMEA, and APAC to provide consistent coverage and knowledge sharing.

Necessary Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to investigate complex data and process issues.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with senior investment stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of securities markets and the investment lifecycle across equities, fixed income, FX, futures, and derivatives.
  • Working knowledge of trade execution, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation processes.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with corporate actions and instrument lifecycle events.
  • Experience with investment and market data platforms such as Aladdin by BlackRock, Bloomberg, FXall, Perform, IHS Markit/S& P, and internal NT systems (e.g. TCC, IIP) strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Necessary Experience & Education:
  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience in investment management, front office support, or investment operations.
  • Bachelor's degree required (Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field preferred).
