Your Job

The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for the operational execution of the final point in the warehouse value stream across all teams and shifts in the department. They will work directly with the entire Supply Chain Hub operations team as well as the supporting capabilities to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved. The Shipping Manager is responsible for warehouse department performance which is primarily measured by safety incidents/near misses, on time delivery, revenue, order throughput, and quality notifications. This role will be onsite at our Bolingbrook, IL location.

What You Will Do
  • Advance PBM culture through recognizing and retaining contribution motivated individuals, applying comparative advantage in allocating resources, and enabling employees to self-actualize.
  • Develop effective staffing strategies in partnership with the HR capability that optimizes operating cost while still meeting operational needs.
  • Create a department specific vision, connecting employees' responsibilities with the global supply chain capability vision and Molex's strategic priorities.
  • Prioritization of site success over individual department success.
  • Drive improved process standardization and adherence through all teams and shifts in the department.
  • Partner closely with Quality Capability to identify root cause(s) of errors and issues and implement corrective actions to prevent them in the future.
  • Analyze existing processes identifying continuous improvement opportunities and new methods to control cost.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Molex business units when there are issues regarding orders in the Bolingbrook Supply Chain hub.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service Team to serve customers to the highest degree possible in delivering orders.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, and complying with legal regulations.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience with direct reports in a warehouse operation
  • Experience in utilizing Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word, in a professional setting
  • Experience communicating effectively with all levels of the organization, including both internal and external customers

What Will Put You Ahead
  • Extensive experience using SAP
  • Experience operating forklifts
  • Bi-Lingual (Spanish)


For this role, we anticipate paying $85, 000- $95, 000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
