Description:

The Project Manager role will help to lead and manage the successful delivery of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role will be primarily focused on projects within our Global Product Development organization and will report to the Portfolio Manager, Strategic Execution & Delivery within Global Product Development. This role involves working with cross-functional teams, made up of business and digital resources, managing project risks, and ensuring that project objectives are met.

Our Team
The Project Manager will be a member of the Global Product Development Digital Capabilities team. This team helps enable & deliver the Global PD strategic portfolio, Digital PLM strategy, PLM Technologies, Business Readiness, and Business Architecture. Our team is part of the broader Global Product Development organization, which represents Molex engineering and product lifecycle management capabilities at large.

What You Will Do
  • Develop and manage project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate and lead project team meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
  • Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization.
  • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, including preparing and presenting project reports.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Facilitate project change management processes, including managing scope changes and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to participate, as needed, in calls during off hours to accommodate global teams.


What Will Put You Ahead
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing digital technology projects
  • Project management certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar.


For this role, we anticipate paying $90K - $130K annually. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
