Description:

The Project Coordinator will support project managers and team members in the execution of projects by coordinating tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring that project deliverables are met on time. This role involves working closely with various project teams to ensure smooth project execution and providing administrative support to the project team. This role will be primarily focused on our Global Product Development organization and will report to the Portfolio Manager, Strategic Execution & Delivery within Global Product Development.

Our Team
The Project Coordinator will be a part of the Global Product Development Digital Capabilities team. This team helps enable & deliver the Global PD strategic portfolio, Digital PLM strategy, PLM Technologies, Business Readiness, and Business Architecture. Our team is part of the broader Global Product Development organization, which represents Molex engineering and product lifecycle management capabilities at large.

What You Will Do
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate project tasks and ensure they are completed on time.
  • Facilitate communication between project team members and stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure all records are up-to-date.
  • Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations.
  • Support project managers in tracking project progress and identifying potential issues.
  • Organize and schedule project meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Provide administrative support to the project team as needed.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Proven organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities concurrently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Critical thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills required to work in a highly collaborative, team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Ability to participate, as needed, in calls during off hours to accommodate global teams.


What Will Put You Ahead
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar project support and coordination role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

For this role, we anticipate paying $60K - $90K annually. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
