Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team in a unique hybrid role that combines Field Application Engineering (FAE) expertise with Product Management responsibilities. This role is designed for a results-driven individual who thrives in both technical and commercial environments, supporting new product development, market strategy execution, and customer engagement while driving internal process improvements.
Key Responsibilities: - New Product Introduction (NPI): Expand and manage the NPI pipeline, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer requirements.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Streamline and execute go-to-market processes to accelerate product adoption and revenue growth.
- Customer Support: Partner with Associate Product Managers to provide deep technical support for customers requiring strong engineering engagement.
- Cost Optimization: Lead and support cost reduction initiatives across assigned product lines.
- Pricing Strategy: Collaborate with the Global Product Manager to review and refine book pricing strategies for competitiveness and profitability.
- Process Improvements: Analyze current internal processes, identify gaps, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
- Distribution Management: Take ownership of key distribution accounts in the assigned region, ensuring that marketing strategies are executed to achieve revenue targets.
- Dashboard Development: Lead the design, development, and implementation of business dashboards to improve decision-making and performance tracking.
Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
- Strong technical foundation with demonstrated experience in field application engineering, product management, or a hybrid role.
- Proven ability to manage projects from concept to commercialization.
- Analytical thinker with experience in cost analysis, pricing, and market strategy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience with dashboard development and data visualization tools preferred.
- Strong relationship management skills with distributors, customers, and internal teams.

For this role, we anticipate paying $90, 000- $110, 000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
