Essential Job Functions

The following duties are normal for this position. The incumbent may perform some or all of these duties however; it is not an exclusive or all-inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned.

• Report and maintain data in customer and internal system
• Adjust inventory as required
• Collaborate daily with production ensuring timely delivery of product and production schedules
• Ensure all finished goods are in SAP
• Generate BOL's and packing lists
• Complete paperwork timely and accurately
• Verify incoming/outbound quantity and needs are consistent with production requirements
• Report all discrepancies with inbound and/or outbound loads
• Perform daily review of produced goods and customer open orders report

Education & Experience

• None Required, High School Diploma or Equivalent Desired

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Knowledge of logistics and inbound/outbound shipments
• Ability to read and interpret shipping and receiving documents
• Ability to navigate computer systems

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop for prolonged periods
• Ability to use a computer keyboard and computer screen for extended periods

The expected starting hourly wage for this position is $21.50/hour. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan and for a full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; basic term life, AD& D, Short and Long term disability; EAP; 401(k) retirement savings plan; PTO and paid holidays.
