Position Summary

Supports the Quality Assurance team in maintaining compliance with internal standards and customer requirements. Assists with audits, data analysis, and documentation review to ensure product and process quality. Gains hands-on experience in quality systems, continuous improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance. You will have guidance from a mentor on the [team] as well as be included in Menasha Corporation's Intern Program, which focuses on connection, experience building, and professional development.

Essential Job Functions

The Quality Intern will be responsible for assisting the Quality Assurance team with projects starting in summer of 2026. The following duties are typical for this internship position. The intern may perform some or all of these duties under supervision; however, this is not an exclusive or exhaustive list. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
  • Supports the Quality Assurance team in executing quality-related tasks and initiatives.
  • Assists with documentation review, data collection, and analysis to ensure compliance with internal standards and customer expectations.
  • Participates in quality improvement projects, providing support in planning, tracking, and reporting progress.
  • Gains exposure to quality systems, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes.
  • Prepare and present project updates and findings to QA and company leadership.


Education & Experience
  • Currently pursuing an associate or bachelor's degree in quality, science, or other STEM related field.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw conclusions.
  • Ability to communicate clearly through both written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with data visualization tools.
  • Attention to detail, able to document accurately and carefully review records.


Physical Requirements & Work Environment
  • Primarily works in a production and/or warehouse setting with time also spent in an office setting.
  • Frequent walking and standing required.
  • Occasional travel required.
  • Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.


The expected salary range for this position is $20.00 per hour.
