Job Description
Menasha Packaging is hiring a Production Planner in Edwardsville, IL. This is a full-time position.

- Monitors forecasts and develops capacity attainment plan based on capabilities and future projected customer demand
- Executes material resource planning (MRP) to ensure materials and components are available to generate the master production schedule
- Analyzes customer and production requirements to maximize space utilization
- Collaborates with key stakeholders in accordance with standard operating procedures to ensure key performance indicators achieved
- Collects, monitors and analyzes data to control capacity risks, maintain site efficiencies and assure on-time delivery
- Prepares and reviews required business reports
- Supports continuous improvement initiatives for production planning process and information flow
Education & Experience
- High school degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, data analysis, and reporting.
- Experience creating and maintaining Excel macros to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Primarily works in an office environment with occasional time spent in a production and/or warehouse setting
