The expected salary range for this position is $31-$35 hourly. What You'll Do
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and mechanical systems.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with production and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Fabricate or adjust parts as needed to meet equipment specifications.
- Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.
- Document maintenance activities and communicate ongoing needs.
- Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate protective equipment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Experience with industrial voltages up to 480V and EAM CMMS systems.
- Skilled in using measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, DMMs, etc.).
- Familiarity with metal fabrication and modular equipment movement.
- Knowledge of ladder logic, relay logic, and motor controls is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and digital communication tools.
- Ability to respond to production line calls and recommend necessary parts.
- Advanced knowledge of machine operations and mechanical functions
- Ability to disassemble, repair, and troubleshoot plant machines
- Ability to make simple parts or equipment and tools
Physical Requirements
- Work in a production/warehouse environment.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs. throughout the shift.
- Must provide own tools.
- 2nd shift (Monday-Friday 3: 30pm-12am)
