Description:
Key Responsibilities: Continuous Improvement & Industrial Engineering: - Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and industrial engineering techniques to analyze and improve business processes.
- Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and capacity planning to optimize labor and resource utilization.
- Design and implement standard work procedures and performance metrics.
Systems Optimization: - Lead initiatives to enhance ERP systems (primarily SAP) for better integration, automation, and data accuracy.
- Collaborate with business units to align system capabilities with operational needs.
Supply Chain & Work Optimization: - Analyze supply chain operations to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions in procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
- Drive improvements in production planning, scheduling, and material flow.
Project Management: - Manage CI projects from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, manage resources, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Change Management & Training: - Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across all levels of the organization.
- Train and mentor teams on CI tools, industrial engineering concepts, and SAP functionalities.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement, industrial engineering, or operations roles.
- Strong proficiency in SAP (MM, PP, SD, or similar modules).
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher preferred).
- Proven experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environments
Physical Requirements & Work Environment- Works in an office environment with frequent time spent in a production and/or warehouse setting
- Frequent travel required
- Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
The expected salary range for this position is $94, 000 - $118, 000 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan and for a full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; basic term life, AD& D, Short- and Long-Term Disability; EAP; 401(k) retirement savings plan; PTO and paid holidays.
