The Brand Manager, Brand Growth & Innovation - Towels will lead brand building initiatives across North America, as well as develop, gain support and lead 2 - 5 year strategy & innovation plans. In this role you will lead and influence cross-functional partners in a matrix organization to include R& E, Product Supply, Insights & Analytics, RGM, Design and Sales. This role reports to the Senior Brand Manager, Brand Growth & Innovation, Towels (Viva®, Scott, ® Scott® Shop, and Kleenex® Hand Towels).

In this role, you will:

  • Set the future brand vision by translating deep consumer, customer, and category insights into a clear 2 – 5 year brand growth strategy and prioritized innovation and renovation roadmap.

  • Lead development and long‑term sufficiency of the innovation roadmap, partnering closely with R& E to define the future pipeline, unlock new growth platforms, and convert insights into a steady cadence of consumer-led in‑market launches.

  • Partner with the base brand team to deliver the 3‑Year Strategic Brand Plan, including leadership of the situation assessment, opportunity sizing, and strategic choices.

  • Assist in development and activation of brand foundational documents, including brand positioning, consumer foundations, brand architecture, and more.

  • Develop and annual learning plan, prioritizing insights that fuel innovation objectives, shape strategic decisions, and support major growth bets.

  • Leverage strong P& L acumen to develop financially accretive innovation, including forecasting, evaluating trade‑offs, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve growth, margin, and portfolio returns.

  • Identify and lead brand‑ or portfolio‑level process improvements, strengthening ways of working across innovation, learning, and cross‑functional execution.

  • Serve as the voice of the consumer and brand subject matter expert, in close partnership with Channel and Sales Strategy teams.

  • Lead development of channel‑specific go‑to‑market strategies, including category management, shelving, assortment, and innovation landing plans that maximize in‑market impact.

In one of our professional roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing. Master’s/MBA with a concentration in Marketing preferred.

  • At least of 5 years of marketing experience with brand management (CPG industry experience highly preferred), including experience in the following areas:

    • P& L management; development and execution of brand marketing plans; cross‑functional knowledge, with direct experience across key aspects of the business including manufacturing, product and technology development, and product supply.

    • Experience concept and brief writing for product innovation, renovation, and commercial news, with proven experience bringing innovation to market.

    • Strong understanding of annual business planning, budget setting, and execution, with a proven track record of delivering results.

    • Ability to synthesize insights from multiple sources into a clear, compelling story that drives action including development of brand positioning and brand strategy.

    • Strong understanding of brand foundational tools, consumer insight identification, segmentation, and target development.

    • Proven capability to lead in a matrix organization, driving collaboration across businesses and functions.

    • Demonstrated capability in leading agency partners on long‑term initiatives and programs.

    • Strong skills in diagnosing and resolving complex problems and growth opportunities.

    • Entrepreneurial, can‑do mindset with a bias for action and breaking down growth barriers.

    • Demonstrated positive energy and presence to effectively represent the brand internally and externally.

Salary Range: 140, 320 – 173, 360 USD

At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
