The Strategic Initiatives Leader for Family Care (FC) is accountable for orchestrating the development, integration, and delivery of the FC Strategic Business Plan (SBP) across near-term (0–3 year) and medium-term horizons. This role ensures strategic coherence across brand, finance, supply chain, BG& I, Insights & Analytics (I& A), Revenue Growth Management (RGM), and Customer Development, translating enterprise and category strategies into a clear, integrated growth narrative. A critical component of the role is translating strategic initiatives into actionable implications for customer-facing teams and retail partners, ensuring strategies are brought to life where we win with customers.
About You

Job responsibilities include:
Lead the development and deployment of the Family Care business unit strategy, including aspiration, where‑to‑play and how‑to‑win choices, ensuring alignment to KCNA strategy and SBP priorities.
Own the orchestration and delivery of the Family Care Strategic Business Plan (SBP) across near‑term (0–3 year) and medium‑term horizons, translating strategy into a clear set of priorities, initiatives, and decisions required to unlock growth.
Analyze and assess the business through synthesized functional inputs (internal and external financials, market dynamics, supply chain, consumer and customer insights) to inform long‑term strategy, performance decisions, and strategic initiative execution
Lead KCNA and Family Care strategic initiatives, projects, and capability‑building efforts that advance share growth and big bets, ensuring linkage to broader enterprise and business unit strategies.
Direct and integrate cross‑functional work across Brand, Finance, Supply Chain, BG& I, Insights & Analytics (I& A), Revenue Growth Management (RGM), and Customer Development, avoiding duplication of functional ownership while ensuring strong alignment and buy‑in.
Translate strategic initiatives into clear implications for Customer Development and retailer execution, ensuring strategies are brought to life in customer conversations, joint business planning, and in‑market priorities
Guide end‑to‑end strategy development as a thought partner to business leaders, adjusting strategies based on new learning, competitive changes, and evolving business conditions.
Own program design, implementation, and change management for select initiatives critical to SBP delivery, including clarifying success measures, trade‑offs, dependencies, and decision timing.
Drive structured, data‑informed decision making by framing key questions, testing hypotheses through existing fact bases, refining insights into a clear “so what, ” and preparing concise, decision‑oriented materials for KCNA Leadership, NALT, and ELT audiences.
This role needs to be able to influence at all levels of the organization. Regular interaction will be required with the FC LT to get input on and drive both KCNA & FC strategic initiatives..
To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

10+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, sales and/or finance with strong business acumen and experience developing and executing strategy.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related experience
Structured Problem Solving: Brings structure to ambiguous problems and possesses the ability to frame key questions and develop a workplan to answer them.
Analytical and Quantitative: Strong analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to independently generate strategic insights.
