We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Associate Finance Director to lead a $2B capital investment program across the Personal Care business - spanning Adult Fem and Baby Child Care.

In this high-impact role, you will serve as a key thought partner spanning PC Supply Chain Finance and Brand Finance and work closely with cross-functional Enterprise Supply Chain, R& D and Commercial leaders to drive strategies and unlock cost-saving opportunities across the AFC and BCC business units. The ideal candidate will possess a strong strategic mindset, with expertise in both Supply Chain and Brand Finance. They must be adept at identifying and executing opportunities to optimize Total Delivered Cost while ensuring that supply chain financial strategies are fully aligned with business unit and enterprise objectives.

As the Associate Finance Director, this role is high visibility where the person will spearhead detailed and comprehensive financial analysis, partner with senior leaders to influence key decisions, drive measurable results, and support a multi-year cost savings pipeline to enhance NA’s productivity program and long-term financial performance of the Personal Care brands.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive PC POWER Strategy – Collaborate with the POWER working team across various functions of the organization to advance the business strategies for Adult Fem Care (AFC) and Baby Child Care (BCC), utilizing standardized processes to enable seamless integration with Brand and Supply Chain Value Stream.

  • Lead Strategic Financial Analysis – Deliver detailed financial analysis on the $2B investment of POWER initiatives - identifying trends, influencing decisions, and translating data into clear, actionable recommendations.

  • Deliver Expert Financial Leadership – Guide business planning, valuation, and capital execution through advanced supply chain analysis and critical thinking, ensuring value creation at every stage.

  • Advance Cost Transformation Initiatives – Lead efforts for productivity being delivered by the program in partnership with brand and supply chain stakeholders.

  • Influence Financial Decision-Making – Collaborate with Brand Finance leaders providing comprehensive Total Delivered Cost insights.

  • Develop and Coach Team Members – Lead and mentor direct report, fostering growth within the Supply Chain Finance team and cross-functional business partners through coaching, development, and strategic leadership.

  • Ensure Financial Control and Compliance – Uphold strong financial controls and compliance standards, reinforcing the organization’s commitment to operational excellence and governance and adherence to restructuring eligibility.

Reporting to the CFO – Enterprise Supply Chain, the Associate Finance Director of Global Manufacturing & FP& A provides finance leadership and support for the global supply chain team, develops and executes strategic programs to deliver profitable growth, and facilitates FP& A initiatives. The individual is part of the Global Supply Chain Finance team, within the Global FP& A organization and will preferably be based out of the Roswell, GA office.

The incumbent works closely with the VP Capital Engineering and the Senior Director in Strategy and their deputies in support of delivering the Global Supply Chain objectives. This includes data analytics, significant influencing of cross functional teams, and directly managing a team.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with the Senior Director in Strategy and their deputies to advance the Global Supply Chain agenda; support functional teams in value creation at manufacturing facilities and distribution network through strategic thinking, targeted analytics, and decision support

  • Drive and support the Manufacturing and Logistics initiative pipeline, helping to address value opportunities and challenges

  • Oversee the building and execution of supply chain capabilities, business strategies, objectives, and plans. Shape, coordinate, and drive the delivery of global projects and initiatives as required by the Senior Director in Strategy and their deputies

  • Develop and implement new global FP& A processes to streamline reporting and forecasting.

  • Provide coaching, leadership, and general work direction to the Associate Finance Manager, ESC FP& A and facilitate his/her career development

  • Coordinate, review, and develop strategic capital investment proposals that support timely and profitable business decisions, ensuring robust business cases for large, global projects including digital manufacturing and automation solutions.

  • Own and control SG& A spending for VP Capital Engineering and the Senior Director in Strategy, and drive accountability and propriety in spending

  • Partner with Global Network Design & Capability team to drive/support network optimization / footprint analysis to optimize K-C’s product supply network

  • Oversee financial operations within the department to ensure the application of efficient financial and operating controls

Salary Range: 173 400 – 214 200 USD

Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
