As a Product Manager in Trust & Safety, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead technical solution design for Trust & Safety solutions across solutioning, implementation, and post-implementation.
  • Define target and transitional architectures, integration patterns, and non-functional requirements for API and file-based client integrations.
  • Support premier client onboarding to accelerate certification and time-to-ramp.
  • Engage directly with client technical teams and JPM contractors to guide integrations and resolve issues.
  • Troubleshoot post-go-live incidents; drive root-cause analysis and production readiness improvements.
  • Partner with product to resolve defects and inform the product roadmap.
  • Plan for scale with tech, modeling expected volume and throughput to ensure capacity, reliability, and SLA adherence.
  • Develop a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Build the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Proven experience delivering client-facing integrations for both API and file-based channels at enterprise scale.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with observability stacks; adept at root-cause analysis, incident response, and performance tuning.
  • Effective collaboration in a matrixed environment; excellent communication with client technical teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize qualitative and quantitative inputs to develop strategic and tactical recommendations to both improve the client experience and product adoption
  • Good knowledge of traditional and emerging methods of payment (e.g., ACH, Wire, Disbursements, Real Time Payments and Card).
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
