Be a key member of the Alternative Lending Data & Analytics team within the broader Data & Analytics (D& A) organization supporting Lending Innovation.
As a Quant Analytics Sr Associate, you will will excel in deriving actionable insights through rigorous analysis supporting key business strategies and supporting the build of scalable tools for decision making. This role combines quantitative analysis, business acumen, and a focus on problem-solving to drive impactful outcomes. Solid Excel, SQL and Tableau proficiency are must haves.
Job Responsibilities - Collaborate with Product and D& A to define objectives and develop data-driven solutions for complex business challenges.
- Perform descriptive, diagnostic, and inferential analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable business insights
- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards & automated reporting tools to facilitate decision making for business partners
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify and quantify drivers of business performance and recommend actions to improve KPIs
- Build analytical frameworks to support strategic and complex business priorities
Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills: - Bachelor's, Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, or MBA.
- 2-3+ years of experience in data analysis, business strategy, or related fields
- Solid proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Tableau for data manipulation, visualization, and analysis
- Proven ability to connect data analysis to business strategies and deliver results that drive measurable impact
- Exceptional critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills to effectively deliver insights to technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications, capabilities, and skills: - Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Snowflake) for large scale data processing
- Experience deploying dashboards / self service tools in a production environment
- Familiarity with customer segmentation, targeting, or propensity modeling
- Background in financial services, lending, or related domains is a plus
