Description:

Join our Client Onboarding and Documentation team, where we handle critical client documentation through Digital Document Services and Wholesale KYC Operations (WKO). Supported by the Client Experience and Firmwide Collateral Transformation and Controls teams, we focus on streamlining, digitizing, and consuming client data and documents in a standardized, scalable, accessible, and controlled manner. This role offers the opportunity to leverage technology platforms to drive innovation and efficiency across these services.

Job Summary:
As a Control Manager Vice President on the Client Onboarding and Documentation team, you will focus on Risk Identification & Assessment, Control Design & Testing, and Control Governance & Reporting. You will leverage the CORE system to enhance our control environment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Your leadership will be key in fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements and innovation in control practices. Your role will involve providing subject matter expertise for regulatory exams and internal audits, ensuring adherence to compliance standards. You will influence and engage with senior leadership to align control strategies with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain solid knowledge of Client Onboarding & Documentation AML/KYC policies, procedures, and operating model.
  • Lead risk identification and assessment processes, utilizing the CORE system to document and manage risks.
  • Design and implement effective control frameworks, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct control testing and validation to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and manage action plans to address control gaps and enhance risk management.
  • Oversee control governance and reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability across the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements and innovation in control practices.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for regulatory exams and internal audits, ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team, promoting best practices in control management.
  • Influence and engage with senior leadership to align control strategies with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage control committees and forums to drive decision-making and strategic initiatives.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Demonstrate strong AML/KYC knowledge; a good understanding of the onboarding/KYC lifecycle.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in control management, risk assessment, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing control frameworks, with a focus on risk identification and assessment.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including taking the initiative to drive change and with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience in managing complex projects and driving change.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Experience with the CORE system for control management.
  • Familiarity with digital document services and wholesale KYC operations.
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of information efficiently and effectively.
  • Experience in fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders to drive process improvements.

Required or Additional Information:
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • Work schedules will be full-time in office, on a 40-hour per week schedule.
  • You must be willing to work during our operating hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
