Description:

Join the Client Onboarding and Service (COS) Finance & Business Management team as a Senior Associate, Business Manager. We are seeking a professional with a penchant for storytelling with financial data and a strategic mindset. This high-impact role ensures senior management across the Global Bank has visibility into major COS initiatives, metrics, financials, and insights, supporting business growth and client retention through onboarding and servicing experiences.

As a Senior Associate Business Manager within the COS F& BM team, you will partner with COS and Finance & Business Management to understand business objectives and prepare executive presentations. Your role involves designing management reporting packages, coordinating operations, analyzing data sets, and budgeting and forecasting headcount and expenses.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Partner with COS and Finance & Business Management to understand business objectives and prepare executive presentations.
  • Package and present projections and performance trends by integrating financials and data into cohesive stories.
  • Design management reporting packages to communicate business results transparently and concisely.
  • Coordinate operations and deliverables with business managers, finance, project managers, and senior stakeholders.
  • Analyze complex data sets, assess KPI trends, and create impactful insights using statistical analysis tools.
  • Assist in strategy development through data-driven insights.
  • Partner with COS and Finance & Business Management team to budget and forecast headcount and expenses.
  • Develop strong partnerships with multiple levels of stakeholders and integrate with the business.
  • Repurpose standard content and design presentations using PowerPoint and/or PitchPro.
  • Interpret and present complex data with strong attention to detail and engagement.
  • Use Excel for automation and visualization of complex functions.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in transformation, project management, or finance roles requiring storytelling and context setting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation skills, accounting for ~50% of the role.
  • Intermediate Excel skills with proficiency in complex functions and visualization.
  • Ability to interpret and present complex data with attention to detail.
  • Highly motivated, proactive attitude with a passion for learning and inquisitive personality.
  • Excellent problem-solving, resourcefulness, and critical thinking skills.
  • Naturally curious, with a desire to use data to drive efficiency or improve outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Experience in Process and/or Continuous Improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership with demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management with proven expertise in building and maintaining relationships.
