Hydro-Gear is hiring a Production Superintendent for our Sullivan, Illinois facility! Were looking for an experienced manufacturing leader who can develop people, drive performance, and lead production operations. As Production Superintendent, youll oversee Production Supervisors and their teams while ensuring we meet our goals for safety, quality, productivity, and cost. *Please note, we are not able to consider candidates who currently or in the future will require VISA sponsorship.
