The pay rate is $25.00 per hour or more and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

What will I be doing?

The Part-Time Human Resources Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for all guests, applicants, and team members entering the Human Resources office, creating a welcoming and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet, assist, and provide prompt, courteous service to guests, applicants, and team members
  • Support Human Resources Managers with a wide range of administrative and clerical duties, including:
    • Word processing, typing, and email correspondence
    • Filing and data entry
    • Answering phones and responding to inquiries
    • Processing mail and maintaining records
    • Taking notes and/or dictation as needed
  • Perform general office duties such as faxing, copying, and organizing documents
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks and special projects as needed

What are we looking for?
  • 3+years of Administrative Experience
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word and Email Communication
