As a
Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a critical role in sourcing and hiring top talent across multiple companies within our enterprise. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in finding and engaging high-quality talent across every work environment including production, sales, and shared services .
You'll partner closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to deliver a consistent, high-quality hiring experience while helping shape how we attract and hire talent from within Gibraltar as well as the US and Canadian labor market.
This role also plays a key part in shaping sourcing strategies, crafting a compelling candidate experience, improving selection processes, and building scalable talent pipelines across the enterprise.
What You'll Do Full-Cycle Recruiting & Hiring Execution
- Execute full-cycle recruiting across multiple business units and locations
- Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to understand role requirements, job profiles, and hiring priorities
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate preparation, interview debrief through closing requisitions and ensuring a high offer acceptance rate
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
- Proactively source active and passive candidates using a variety of tools (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals)
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-quality talent
Hiring Manager Partnership
- Develop credible talent partner relationships with hiring managers and HR partners
- Lead intake meetings to align on role expectations and recruiting approach
- Coach hiring managers on best practices in interviewing, selection, and candidate experience
Data, Process & Continuous Improvement
- Track and manage recruiting activity in the ATS with accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness)
- Identify opportunities to improve hiring processes and candidate experience
Employer Brand & Candidate Experience
- Deliver a consistent, engaging, and professional experience for all candidates
- Act as a brand ambassador for Girbaltar by delivering a compelling candidate experience and representing our talent story in the market.
Compliance & Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate documentation for reporting and audit purposes
- Support pre-employment processes including background checks and employment verification
What Makes You Successful in This Role We are looking for someone who is a proactive sourcer who builds relationships. A strong candidate can influence hiring decisions through data, insight and strong credibility with hiring teams. They can balance speed with quality in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and take ownership while driving results.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field-or equivalent experience
- 5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a manufacturing and multi-site environment
- Experience recruiting for both professional and non-exempt roles
- Strong knowledge of recruiting tools, sourcing strategies, and ATS systems
- Working knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred: - Experience in a matrixed or decentralized organization
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification
Work Environment - Ability to travel up to 10-15% to support hiring needs across sites

Compensation Range The estimated salary range for this role is $80, 000 to 100, 000 annually, depending on experience, location, and qualifications.
