The Opportunity

The Sr. Manager, Talent drives the execution of Human Resource and Talent initiatives, aligning them with the company's strategic goals to enhance employee and organizational performance. This role spans a broad range of programs, focusing on fostering performance, development, engagement, and retention across the enterprise. Additionally, the Sr. Manager, Talent provides training, coaching, and advisory support to corporate and business unit HR teams to ensure effective implementation and utilization of talent systems and programs.

What you'll do
  • Provide training, support, and troubleshooting for enterprise-wide talent systems, including performance management and reporting tools, to optimize utilization.
  • Administer and interpret leadership and selection assessments, offering coaching to enhance self-awareness, address development opportunities, and strengthen leadership effectiveness.
  • Lead engagement survey from design and delivery through action planning. Support focused pulse surveys, onboarding, off-boarding and other ad hoc surveys to measure workforce experience.
  • Lead and implement Talent Reviews and Succession Planning initiatives, prioritizing critical roles, creating & executing enterprise-wide talent strategies, and analyzing effectiveness with internal promotions and fill rate.
  • Develop and present KPI reports with actionable insights to measure the success of talent programs and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate on the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of programs that drive employee development, engagement, recognition, and retention.
  • Create and deliver training programs and provide counsel to HR team members and business leaders on the effective execution of talent processes and initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of trends and research bringing insights and recommendations to HR and business leaders on the revision and application of HR and Talent policies to meet organizational needs.
  • Build strong relationships with HR and business leaders across the organization to drive alignment and ensure the impact of HR and Talent programs.

What we need
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources capacity with Talent experience or background.
  • Experience in a manufacturing industry and an organization with standardized talent processes and programs preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and deliver results for diverse set of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in HRIS/HCM/LMS system experience required - UKG technology platform preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Domestic travel up to 25%.
