- Lead UKG Learning administration, governance, configuration, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Deliver operational excellence by administering programs such as Ethics & Compliance, Gibraltar Leadership Program, Leader Labs, and future leadership initiatives.
- Manage learning vendors, assessments, and external content providers.
- Measure learning effectiveness using dashboards, analytics, and ROI metrics.
- Research AI-enabled learning, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve the employee learning experience.
- Establish trusted partnerships with HR and business leaders.
- Improve learner experience and adoption of UKG Learning.
- Deliver successful enterprise leadership and compliance programs.
- Implement meaningful learning dashboards and success metrics.
- Identify opportunities to modernize learning through technology and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in L& D, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Human Resources, including HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.
- Experience administering enterprise Learning Management Systems (UKG Learning preferred).
- Strong project management, communication, analytics, and stakeholder management skills.
- Manufacturing or multi-business enterprise experience.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
- Vendor management and learning technology implementation.
- Hybrid
- Ability to travel 15-20%
