Description:

Summary:

This position would maintain and grow the blower division's customer support and sales. Additionally, assist in the re-engagement of potentially lost customers.

Job Description:

The desired candidate would be responsible for facilitating inside sales/customer support with day-to-day operations. Services would include, but are not limited to:
  • Receiving calls/e-mails from customers
  • Researching and quoting customers on parts and or services
  • Ordering parts
  • Managing sale price and GP
  • Communicating receipt of parts to customers
  • Assist in the inventory maintenance of service parts
  • Assist in the accuracy and timely billing of parts service
  • Customer retention and engagement
  • Assisting in generating leads for service and sales

Competencies:
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic math and mechanical aptitude
  • Detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated
  • Knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks is a plus, but not necessary
  • Background in customer service

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday.

Required Education and Experience:
  • Experience in customer service is a must

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma

  • Organizational skills
