- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
- Train operators, technicians, and team leads on new or updated processes and standard work.
- Collect and analyze production data including cycle times, downtime, labor productivity, and equipment performance.
- Support the introduction of new products by planning manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment requirements.
- Recommend and implement changes to improve safety, ergonomics, and overall working conditions.
- Assist in cost analysis, capital justification, and ROI evaluations for proposed process improvements.
- Maintain clear and accurate process documentation and training materials.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field required.
- 2–5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing engineering, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Proficient in lean manufacturing concepts, time and motion studies, and process optimization techniques.
- Experience with layout and planning software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
- Skilled in ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Plex, Oracle) and data analysis tools like Excel or Power BI.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Hands-on experience on the shop floor with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
Work Environment:
